How To Set Up Your Donor360 Teddy Bear Drive
Getting Started
1. Register your account at https://www.donorthreesixty.com/signup
2. Verify your email and sign in
3. Select advocate to begin your campaign
4. From your dashboard, click Start New Campaign
Details Tab
Charity Name: Enter your charity’s EIN number. You can search for the EIN on GuideStar. Once you enter the EIN (without the hypen) your charity’s name should appear. You can also search for your charity by typing in their name. Make sure you select the charity’s correct chapter or location.
Campaign Name: Add a name for your campaign that clearly explains your goal or who will benefit from the campaign
Example: Lewisville HS Teddy Bear Drive Benefitting RMHNY
Goal in USD: Add a dollar amount that you hope to raise
Start Date: Add your campaign start date
Campaign Ends By: Choose how your campaign will end - when a certain dollar amount is reached or by a specific date.
End Date: If your campaign will end on a specific date, add it here.
Description: Write a short description about why you want to help raise money for the chosen organization. What projects are they involved in that you feel passionate about supporting? Add a 30-second campaign video to the description.
Media Tab
Media Banner: Add 1-5 high-quality photos. You can use images from your charity’s website or search for stock images that relate to their cause. Use these images to give supporters an idea of who you are supporting, why you want to help them, and who specifically will benefit from the fundraiser.

Products Tab
Add Products to your fundraiser eShop:
1. In the By Brand dropdown box, find Bears for Humanity.
2. Select whichever plushies you would like to be sold in your fundraiser (Please don’t choose any “brand-specific” plushies (i.e. Jerry Garcia Bear)
3. After you have selected your products, click Submit Details
Donation Configuration
Toggle on the second option, Donate products to charity, so all donated plushies will be sent directly to the benefiting charity or nonprofit.
Click Save as Draft, then Submit for Review. Your fundraiser will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours.
Social Media
After your campaign goes live, share your fundraiser URL on your social media accounts with your video.
Keep re-sharing your fundraiser posts with the URL on different social media platforms. You can track the number of orders from the dashboard to see how close you are to reaching your goal!
