HEC is an annual weekend-long educational conference run by students for industry leaders. This year's theme is Expo, envisioning a global and sustainable future. This theme embodies the future of the hospitality industry, and I'm very excited to be a part of HEC this year. Bears will be donated to the Family and Children's Service of Ithaca to assist local children.
